Choosing the Right iPhone Screen Repair with a Better Warranty

Recently, a new customer visited our shop with an issue on their iPhone 12 Pro Max. The screen had stopped working properly — the display was fine, but the touch functionality was unresponsive. He shared that he had gotten the screen repaired at another shop about a month and a half ago. When he went back to them, they told him they only offer a 30-day warranty, leaving him without options. Frustrated, he searched for other repair shops on Google and found us.

When he arrived, I explained to him the options we provide for screen replacements: OLED and LCD. Our OLED screens are high quality, closely matching the original screens in terms of clarity, vibrancy, and touch responsiveness. They come with a 1-year warranty, providing peace of mind that the repair is reliable and protected for a long period.

On the other hand, our LCD screens are a more budget-friendly option, ideal for temporary use or if you’re planning to trade in the device soon. However, they don’t offer the same quality as OLED screens — they consume more battery, have less vibrant colors, and the touch responsiveness isn’t as fast. This option comes with a 3-month warranty.

After considering the options, the customer decided to go with the LCD screen, mentioning that he plans to upgrade to the iPhone 16 Pro Max next month.

When I opened his phone, I noticed that the previous screen repair was done using the same supplier we work with, meaning the screen itself was still under warranty with the supplier. Unfortunately, the other repair shop chose not to honor that warranty due to their own 30-day policy.

Lesson Learned: When getting a phone repair, always ask about the warranty coverage — how long it lasts and what it includes. A good repair shop should stand by their work and provide reasonable assurance for the parts they use.

We’re here to offer high-quality repairs with warranties that truly protect your investment. Whether it’s an OLED or LCD screen, we’ve got you covered!
